Zuidberg Staalservice invests in press brakes of Safan

At Zuidberg Staalservice, the first two 110-ton hybrid type press brakes have recently been installed. These compact machines are suitable for setting small complex thick metal components. Compared to the traditional hydraulic press brakes, this gives a considerable increase in the press capacity per available bending length. This benefits the efficiency and deployability of the machine park.

At the end of 2017, the Zuidberg Staalservice machine park was also expanded with a H-Brake 320T, E-Brake 130T Ultra and two E-Brake 35T ergonomic press brakes. With this expansion of the machine park, Zuidberg Staalservice can optimalise the production processes of high-quality products.
