Welding shop expansion at Zuidberg StaalService

Because the demand for our products is growing, Zuidberg is extending its welding shop with four manual welding boxes.

The new manual welding boxes are about identical to our existing ones. One individual box is about 5 by 4 meters (16 by 13 feet). By use of a sliding partition wall, the size of the boxes can be increased to 10 by 4 metres (32 by 13 feet). They are also equipped with a welding extractor system and a range of clamping and lifting instruments.

For example, it consists of a Siegmund table from 2 by 1 metres (7 by 3 feet) and a crane able to lift up to 500 kg (1102 lbs.), so as to be able to work on a big range of products.
